DreamMaker spent six weeks in my house building my dream. They were courteous, informative and timely. Someone was here working almost every weekday. Always as neat as possible and cleaned up every day. Phone calls were answered promptly and always with a helpful answer.
I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a professional and quality job done.

We want to let possible future clients know that we have been through a great experience having Dream Maker remodel our kitchen on Longboat.
We are not U.S. residents, we live in Argentina and we gave them this job, being lots of miles away, the outcome was great.
When there was a doubt about some detail or we wanted to have something changed, we had no problem. Eric solved the distance problem by emailing pics of some other choices and that was it. Easy and simple!
All the people working there were highly professional, and very careful. We are happy they took such good care of our property. They also did the job in the time estimated for it.
After this job was finished, we also asked for some extra jobs to be done in our home, and everything was done on time and with great care.
We highly recommend them for any remodeling, whatever it is. They are trustful and excellent people.

From the initial design process of our kitchen and Florida room remodeling, up to and including the finishing construction touches your firm and your lead carpenters have been outstanding and professional. We would particularly like to thank Red, our lead carpenter, and Tony, your construction scheduler, for there attention too detail and concern for our satisfaction of the work being done on the project weekly. Even your sub-contractors in plumbing, electrical, and tile were very personable and professional, leading us to have no qualms about leaving our home keys to give access while we were away on a cruise. I had been warned by friends not to expect completion date promises because of their experiences with other Florida contractors. I am pleased that your promise of completion in approximately 30 days was not only met, but with QUALITY workmanship.

Yom process of having a pre-construction meeting to introduce us to everyone and review the stages of the construction, communication tools, etc. went a long way towards minimizing our anxiety. We are extremely pleased with the remodeling of our master bathroom. From the day you first arrived to review our concepts and projected budget, the professionalism and ability of you and your support team to convert our original thoughts into the final product carried the day.
The wide selection and quality of cabinets and hardware included in allowances within the original "not to exceed" budget was excellent. You accommodated the few items we added that Were personal preferences of ours - spa/tub upgrades, frameless shower, some upgraded and custom cabinetry and additional wiring - within the project scope and with a modest (less than 10%) increase from the original budget.
We commend the effort and follow-through of your project supervisor and the trade subcontractors you selected. They were available when needed and provided excellent work. Your team was diligent in minimizing the disruption that is inevitably a part of a "down to the four walls" remodeling effort (especially in the master suite) including daily cleanup of the work area.
We will be glad to recommend your finn to others looking for a similar project. We wish you and your firm well.
